We're home! It's cold and gray and rainy in DC today. Is this just to make us miss Chattanooga even more? Thanks again Ken & Carol and Steve & Vickie for a wonderful visit. I am SO blessed to have such great in-laws. I've had so many people seem shocked that I would enjoy a week with my in-laws - they just don't know you (or y'all :o)). I'm pretending just a little this morning that I'm still on vacation and am procrastinating the many chores that await. It was great to just get to rest while Grace napped and not have laundry, cleaning, cooking etc to do. For a very task-oriented person, it was also great to get almost all caught up on picture editing. Here are the highlights from my biggest project yet...
Jon and Amy are two of my closest friends from Hopkins. It was a blast taking some engagement pictures of them a few weeks ago. They were the best models! They planned great outfits, found awesome locations and were complete naturals in front of the camera. They made my job easy! We're so excited for their wedding next August in Montana!!!
