More Pictures from Chattanooga

Zane would be so proud...I'm posting unedited pictures!

Our first few days here in TN were spent with Ken and Carol out at their farm.  It's always refreshing to be out there.  On Friday, Vickie picked me and Grace up to spend the weekend with her and Steve.

Nonni had lots of books out to read to Grace.  Grace loves reading books!
We wake up early like Nonni!

Cousins Noah and Miles spent the night.  Noah can read to Grace now!

On Saturday we went to a Fall fair.
The boys showed off their hula-hoop skills!

That afternoon, we went to hear Chris Slaten sing.

And we got to meet Shepard!!!

He's just too cute!  (P.S. I did edit this photo a little.)

At first, Grace and Shepard didn't quite know what to make of each other.

But they became fast friends!
Have I mentioned what a cutie he is?
And he has a beautiful Momma.

And a pretty cool Dad (Zane and Chris have known each other since they were little boys).
It was so fun to have family to spend Halloween with!

I have so many pictures of Aunt Natalie holding Grace like this  - Natalie just has the prettiest smile.

And one of the best laughs!
We found a little giraffe in Nonni's yard :o)

She enjoyed tasting the leaves.
Still has those cheeks!
This is the "Enough pictures! Can we go trick-or-treating now?" picture.

I got this costume on sale for $15 at Old Navy!

Natalie knew the perfect neighborhood for trick-or-treating.  I have never seen so many people out before!
They even had cops patrolling!

What a great first Halloween for Grace.  It was way more fun than going out by ourselves.  We just wish Zane and Cole could have been there with us too!

As the night drew to a close, we had some tired kiddos!

This picture is especially for Daddy.

  1. Oh, Catherine, I loved these pictures and not just the photos of my Chris, Lynds and Shepard. :-) You truly captured the fun of the whole weekend and I enjoyed it immensely. I really wanted to be at that concert, but our Colin and Caro really needed us worse to help them pack up for their move to New York, so we were at St. Simon's.
The photos of Shepard and Grace together are so cute. The first one is hilarious...love the startled expression on their faces. Then the next one is so adorable I could just kiss it! How in the world did you get them to both look at the camera and smile at the same time? Wow!
So sorry I missed seeing you and Grace. Thanks for the pics.
    Love, Gaye
