Happy 1 Week Birthday, Lucy!

This time last week, Zane, Grace and I were out walking as fast and hard as possible to speed up my contractions. Labor had started in the middle of the night and we were eager to meet our baby girl. Lucy Anneliese Hamilton was born at 11:20pm last Wednesday night, September 21st, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, CA. Yes, I now have a Beverly Hills baby!

We couldn't be happier to have our baby girl with us! She is about the sweetest thing, if I many unbiasedly say so myself. Grace loves baby "oocy" and is adjusting really well, largely due to the presence of Gigi aka "Mary Poppins."

Every time I close my eyes to pray, whether it be nursing in the middle of the night or trying to fall back asleep, I have to start "Thank you, Lord." He has been good to us indeed!
