Sunday-Tuesday were spent with Pawpaw and Grandmama Carol out on "the farm."
After church Sunday, we had a big family lunch of fried chicken and vegetables fresh from the garden.
Lucy made everyone smile!
Have you ever tried getting a picture of 6 children 7 and under?
| I don't think they are used to this level of chaos... |
There are a bunch of fun toys at Pawpaw & Grandmama's too!
| Pic-a-boo! |

Monday morning Grace picked vegetables in the garden.
| Cucumbers |
| Bell peppers |
| Corn |
| Grace's loot |
| Digging up onions |
| Green beans |
| Tomatoes |
| Eating them about as fast as she picked them. |
| I believe we found the secret to getting toddlers to eat their veggies! |

Tuesday morning:
| Grace found a kids' lasso |

| And her sister?! |
| Grace woke up telling me that she was going out on the little boat with Daddy. I guess Daddy had promised her that when he put her to bed. I didn't really know what she was talking about and thought maybe it was a dream. Grace doesn't let you forget a promise. Here was her boat ride with Daddy. |
Tuesday afternoon we went for a hike.
| Pawpaw and his girls |
| Tickling a toad |
| Hot and tired |
| "This is where we went, Daddy" |
| She found a last burst of energy to race to the car because we promised her two cookies |
| Cooling off in the river |
| Lucy liked it too |
| Of course! |
